Produce — Quality at Scale
We work with the factory teams to ensure each step of the development process leads to a scalable production-ready design. As a result of our 40+ years of experience, close proximity, and long-standing relationships with our domestic manufacturing partners, we are able to maintain constant quality control.
RESTORE Clothing produces a large range of products, from bathing suits to leather jackets, from PPE masks to tote bags and coats. Each of these projects is possible because we are flexible: rather than being tied to a single factory, we select the right one for the design.

Strategy Session:
We start with an immersive strategy session to align on your goals and vision. Staying consistent with our Design Thinking model, the objective of this phase is to mutually understand your target audience, demographic, and expectations, so the finished product solves the defined end-user pain point.
Design Development:
Based on the confirmed strategy, the iterative design and development processes begin. Working collaboratively, we make sure every detail is accounted for, from components and materials to patterns and samples. A garment fitting with an industry standard fit model, complete with pattern-maker and design team, is used to test the design, ensuring the piece looks and functions as intended. During this fit session, in-use feedback and comments about sample construction and fit are refined and translated to production-ready patterns.
Factory Selection:
Each production factory has different capabilities, machines, and skilled artisans. This makes the choice of factory a high-stakes decision. Using our network and knowledge, we remove this uncertainty and handpick the ideal factory. Your design needs to be in the right hands, because you don’t make a leather jacket in a bathing suit factory.
Production Support:
From start to finish, we complete each step in the process as planned — making critical decisions, liaising with vendors and factories, and ensuring the seamless transition between design, development, production, and quality control.
